Obviously, a healthy diet focusing on each of the food groups, limited sugar intake and plenty of water is important in maintaining a healthy weight. This does not mean to say that one should never indulge again. Maybe limit the indulgences to a specific day of the week so that the goals to eat healthy and turn this into a lifestyle change are more attainable without feeling guilty and beating oneself up.
